Sydney Sixers defeated the Perth Scorchers in the final and won the inaugural edition of the BBL 2011-2012. Big Bash League Winner List: Performance Stats

Big Bash League was formed in 2011 by Cricket Australia (CA), and 11 seasons have been played since then. Look at all the season statistics and details of the winning team.

BBL Winners List: 2011-2012

The big bash league began this year and gained popularity in the first year. The first final of the 2011 big bash league was between Sydney Sixers and Perth Scorchers. Sydney Sixers won by seven wickets. Moises Henriques got the man of the match and David Hussey was men of the tournament.

BBL Winners List: 2012-2013

The second season's final was played between Perth scorchers and Brisbane heat. The Perth Scorchers have once again qualified for the big bash league finals but unfortunately again failed to win the BBL trophy and Brisbane heat won the season. In this match, Nathon Lyon was the man of the match, and Aaron Finch was the man of the tournament.

BBL Winners List: 2013-2014

In the third season, Perth Scorchers won the first BBL title by beating the Hobart hurricanes by 39 runs. The game was played at the WACA ground in Perth. This season, Brad Hogg was the man of the match, and Ben dunk was the man of the tournament who scored the most runs, 395.

BBL Winners List: 2014-2015

 In this BBL season, Perth scorchers again won the title against Sydney Sixers by four wickets. Sydney Sixers batted first and scored 147 runs. Jacques Kalis was nominated as the man of the tournament, and Shaun Marsh scored 73 runs and got the man of the match award.

BBL Winners List: 2015-2016

In the 2015-2016 Big Bash League, Sydney Thunder played against the Melbourne Stars in the final and won the championship. Usman Khawaja scored 70 runs and finished the league with the man of the match title. Chris Lynn got the man of the tournament award.

The final match of the 2017-18 big bash league was between Adelaide Strikers and the Hobart Hurricanes. Adelaide strikers scored 202 runs in that match and won the BBL title. Jake Weatherald scored a century in that game, scored 115 runs, and won the man of the match title. In the match, D'Arcy Short got the title of men of the tournament.

Sydney Sixers and Melbourne Stars played against each other in this BBl season. Melbourne Stars only scored 96 runs in 12 overs, while Sydney Sixers got only 116 in 12 overs and won the BBL title. However, there was an intervention due to the rain. In this match, Marcus Stoinis got the men of the tournament award, while Josh Phillippe got the man of the match title.

In the BBL 2020-2021 season, Sydney Sixers and Perth Scorchers played against each other. Sydney Sixers won by 27 runs in this match. Sydney Sixers scored 188 runs in 20 overs. Josh Philippe of the Sixers team was awarded as the man of the tournament, while James Vince got the title of man of the match.

In the BBL 2021-2022 season, the Perth Scorchers defeated the Sydney Sixers team by 79 runs and claimed their fourth title.
